Everyone at the Topanga auto body shop was great. Customer service was great and they took care of everything. They really gave me piece of mind during a really stressful time after my accident.

They thoroughly inspected my car to make sure that every piece of damage was accounted for and forwarded to my insurance company. I really appreciate this. It is hard to find trustworthy shops in my opinion.

Their work as excellent!! My car looks brand new!! :D Goes to show, you get what you pay for. Should I ever be in an accident again, I will be back. I definitely recommend.

Someone backed into my parked F150 and damaged the front bumper. Driver was cool and said to take it to anywhere I was comfortable with. Last body shop I used was a mess, had my truck for two months from start to finish (during Covid) to replace a rear bumper and rear panel. Truck sat there for a whole month waiting on parts before they even stared. Wasn't going back to them. Topanga Auto Body was recommended by a friend. Since they are just down the street from me and after reading all the positive reviews, seemed like a no brainer to take it there for an estimate. Faiz was great, very friendly, personable, matter of fact and not your cheesy pitchy salesman. He told me it would be a one day job, maybe two at most. Once he gets the parts, Faiz said he would paint them and then schedule a good day that was convenient for me to bring in the truck. Dropped it off at 8am on a Wednesday and he called me that evening and said I can pick it up first thing in the morning. Very happy with my experience. Driver who backed into me was also pleased, saying the bill was more than reasonable. Thank you Faiz, I will happily recommend Topanga Auto Body to my friends and family. The only silver lining in my accident was getting to deal with Faiz at Topanga Auto Body. After a string of bad luck, he's helped me repair my vehicle 3 times over the past 2 years and each time I have dealt with him he has been caring and professional. He does amazing work and I couldn't recommend him more.

Topanga Auto Body was recommended to me after a minor collision. The location wasn't convenient for me, but it was completely worth it. Faiz was very responsive and professional, and had the best estimate of all the shops I visited.

I had rear bumper repaired and painted. It was ready in two days, exactly when Faiz said it would be done. The paint matching and finish was flawless. Like new.

A few months ago, I did a stupid thing and accidentally gave my beautiful SUV a not so little boo-boo. The awesome folks at Topanga Auto Body, reassured me that "(the damage) it's not that bad," and that they'd have my baby back to being 100% in no time. I forget the time line, but I think think I dropped it off on a late Wednesday afternoon and by the following Thursday or so, it was done!! Looks great, and can't tell that my SUV ever tango'd with an immovable object. 5 Stars for sure.

Faiz was super nice and had very amazing communication with us throughout the whole process! He was able to get the job done quick and the work came out very nice as well! I also asked him about some scratches that I had on my Jeep as well and he told me to bring my Jeep by to take a look at it and he was able to help me get the scratches out too! Someone had hit my car last week while I was in the General Store, so I searched many posts online for auto body repair recommendations.
And I did go to get a few different assessments.
On the way back home, I thought I'd check Topanga Auto Body (right by Monty's Steakhouse).
I thought for sure, because of its location, it would be far more $$$ than the others which were off side streets and alleys.
Faez Mattas actually printed out for me a detailed itemization of his estimate. The others had not.
His estimate was far more reasonable and LESS than the others! I said, let's go for it.
He had ordered the parts on Friday. I brought my car in Monday morning, and picked it up Wednesday morning. It was actually ready in Tuesday PM!
They did a beautiful job, and washed my car, as well. I am so glad I decided to stop in and check. Saved myself good money for a beautiful professional job.

I got rear ended on Wednesday night, and needed my bumper replaced fast. Thursday morning, I started searching for local body shops in the San Fernando Valley, and found Topanga Auto Body. I met Faiz, who was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and incredibly willing to help out. After I ran the details by him, he assured me that he'd order the replacement, and get started on it as soon as possible. I get home, and not even 2 hours later, Faiz calls me, and tells me that he had the new bumper on hand, and to bring my car in early in the morning so he could get started (this all happened in one day!). I bring my car in Friday morning, and everything was done before 1 PM, and I was back on the road with a new bumper. And the whole thing was at an INCREDIBLE price.

If I could give this place (and Faiz) 10 stars, I would. PHENOMENAL service, And even better people. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever in the area. Thank you Faiz!
