A truck hit my mini in a parking lot while parked, and caused devastating body damage to the front. Faiz took care of everything. He put my concerns at ease immediately. His professionalism and expert knowledge of the situation was top notch; familiarity with working with the insurance company, friendly nature, and returning the car to its original beauty. His earnest work ethic was admirable and he generously threw in new bulbs that he had for the rear that wasn't related to the wreck. There was a point in the process where the insurance company wasn't willing to cover and he stepped in and helped right that wrong. I am so grateful! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know who is need of body work (for cars).

I feel like I'm just piling on here, yet another stellar review for Faiz and this Topanga Auto Body shop. I've never left a review for auto body repair, but when I'm 'wow'd' and over-the-top impressed, it seems wrong not to give a thumbs up and let others know this is a good business. Faiz was personable, professional and I was immediately confident in my choice for repairing my beloved Jaguar. I found this shop after my Jaguar dealer recommended another in Van Nuys, and my insurance adjuster casually asked if I was aware the other shop only had a 1.7 star rating. That got me thinking, so off I went down the Yelp rabbit hole, and suddenly I had 30+ repair shop e-mails, texts and phone calls flooding in. My head was spinning, so I began again, and filtered out shops by highest rated and read too many reviews. Faiz worked with my insurance company and my car not only looks spectacular again, he finished it 6 days early(!!) I tried to find a flaw in the areas that were damaged, but failed. Fun fact, his work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I hope I never need his services again, haha, but if/when life happens, I will not go anywhere else.

I got rear ended on Wednesday night, and needed my bumper replaced fast. Thursday morning, I started searching for local body shops in the San Fernando Valley, and found Topanga Auto Body. I met Faiz, who was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and incredibly willing to help out. After I ran the details by him, he assured me that he'd order the replacement, and get started on it as soon as possible. I get home, and not even 2 hours later, Faiz calls me, and tells me that he had the new bumper on hand, and to bring my car in early in the morning so he could get started (this all happened in one day!). I bring my car in Friday morning, and everything was done before 1 PM, and I was back on the road with a new bumper. And the whole thing was at an INCREDIBLE price.

If I could give this place (and Faiz) 10 stars, I would. PHENOMENAL service, And even better people. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever in the area. Thank you Faiz!

I've taken my car here twice for different occasions and dealt with the owner, Faiz each time. Can I just say, he is honest, does an amazing job and I have been so happy with the quality of work his shop has performed on my car. First time I went there was because I stupidly drove into a concrete column and sustained front end damage to me car. I told him I was on a super tight budget and could only afford to change what absolutely needed to be changed, and he fixed it beautifully! Second time I went there was for my side mirror getting swiped by another car and he not only fixed it perfectly but also painted my gas cover just because he had extra paint (I had it replaced at the dealer but couldn't afford to get it painted a month before). Faiz is friendly, personable, and will work with you whatever your situation. Thank you Topanga Auto Body!

They are the best to fuck you over. You end up getting screwed from this company. Over priced longtime work lots of promises. No deliverance.

I hope you never need it but, if you do take your car to Faiz! Of the four body shops I went for a quote he was the only one that put it in writing. He finished on time and couldn't have been more low key. No pressure, good work and incredibly helpful.
